As I use different brands, they are not always exactly the same size and even within a brand there can be a slight difference for different shapes - depending on the shape of your natural nail bed.
Therefore unless you have ordered a particular shape before, you must first order the sizing kit and send in your nail sizes. I will not accept an order until this has been done as I want to ensure you have the perfect fit and avoid disappointment. You wouldn't order a pair of shoes without knowing your size first!
Please either direct message me on Instagram or email me before placing orders for anything other than a sizing kit. I want you to have nails that fit perfectly. Once you contact me with your size and design, I can give you a confirmation code and advise how you order your nails.

Sizing kits are essential. The kits give you 1 nail in every size for the shape selected. You must do each nail individually on your natural nail. If you find yourself in between 2 sizes it is better to go slightly bigger and file to size rather than slightly smaller as the nail tip could pop off.
Once you receive your sizing kit, you will need to size each nail individually and write down the corresponding tip size on the card and send me a picture with your design choice and I will let you know what to order.
Instructions
1. Make sure your nails are clean and clear of all polish
2. Take a tip and place it on your nail, it needs to fit comfortably, side wall to side wall with no overlap. If it pinches then it is too small and could easily pop off. If it overlaps then it is too big.
3. Take your time when sizing, ensure that you press down slightly, as if fitting it with glue, as it may seem to fit side wall to side wall but then there is a large gap between the surface of the tip and the nail bed.
4. Once you have your sizes, please check again to ensure they do fit. Better to be sure.
5. Either email me or send me a DM on Instagram with a picture of your completed size card and a picture of your required design/colour or one of the designs in my gallery and I will then tell you how to order
6. Please ensure you order in plenty of time - each set will be hand painted, in order, on receipt of order and payment and depending on how many orders are in front of yours it may take 7-10 days.
Remember that not all nails on each hand are always the same size, measure each nail on each hand individually.
Please note that no refunds will be given for incorrect sizing. Any mistakes on my part will be replaced.
